Beyond Manufacturing LLC, based in Shawano, Wisconsin, was formed a few years ago to supply value-added, state-of-the-art inkjet printing machines to address specific needs in the labels, flexible packaging and folding carton industries. Our latest innovation and flagship product, the DL-5400 UV printer, utilizes ultraviolet inks that are LED curable and print on a wide array of substrates and materials that were never possible before. This new micro-run digital printing solution revolutionizes prototyping and short-run production work flow by not only producing prototypes but also microruns that will avoid traditional prepress, plate, die and “make ready” costs. This machine even cuts and scores without the use of dies and can also perforate materials. Our DL-5400UV has the ability to run 12-inch diameter rolls of plastics and styrenes and deep cuts them so they can be easily pulled out.
